My stay was cozy and enjoyable. The breakfast had a daily variety, and the happy hour by the pool was a delightful surprise with great drinks. Close proximity to the beach made it easy to relax. Minor issues were dealt with promptly, showing excellent service. A good pick for families seeking comfort.

Our stay was fantastic! The free breakfast was better than expected, with delicious options like omelets. We loved the happy hour by the gorgeous pool, although it could use some music. The happy hour snacks were yummy, but I wished for non-alcoholic drink options for the kids.

Exceptional staff made us feel special

Woke up every morning to a cheerful breakfast, with staff treating us like family. Emaculada and Luis were standout stars, ensuring our stay was exceptional.

The powdered eggs at breakfast were disappointing, which dulled an otherwise perfect experience. A touch of real eggs would have added that extra sparkle!

The location is convenient, just a short walk to the beach, and the complimentary breakfast offers a good variety. However, the pillows were not comfortable, and the pool closed too early for my liking.

The outdoor pool remains open late, ideal for unwinding under the stars after a long day, and the pool bar serves unexpectedly good, affordable snacks that hit the spot. Proximity to Isla Verde Beach allows for quick, easy beach days without the need for transport.

Humidity levels in the room felt uncomfortably high, leaving towels and swimwear damp for days. During my stay, I couldn't adjust the air conditioning effectively, which contributed further to the muggy atmosphere, and the absence of a functioning bathroom fan led to some questionable mold growth around the vents and shower area.

Had an incredible time with my friends! The outdoor pool was the highlight, and we loved the quick walk to Isla Verde Beach for relaxing beach days. Don't miss checking out the Port of San Juan and Pan American Pier for some local vibes. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was way better than expected!

Only downside was the limited parking space with a fee of $15 per night, which felt a bit steep for me.

The hotel is in a prime spot with easy access to beautiful hobie beach just a short stroll away and surrounded by lovely parks, making it perfect for weekend city strolls. the staff is friendly and breakfast is complimentary, adding to the convenience of the stay.

I enjoyed my stay with friends for 4 nights. The pool was fantastic, and the breakfast exceeded my expectations. Location was great, just a short walk to the beach. Staff was friendly and attentive. I’ll definitely return! 🌴

great stay but some minor issues

The pool area was refreshing and peaceful, perfect for relaxation. The housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping the room immaculate and well-stocked, making our stay very pleasant.

Though we enjoyed our stay, check-in took a bit longer than expected.

The breakfast was great, especially the eggs and the friendly breakfast crew who made our mornings so much better. The swim-up bar was a personal highlight for me, shout out to Irma, she was so sweet and made the best drinks!
